Biography	The Sykotropic Sound Experiment aka Da Syk started in the early 90's in a lil town in southern India as just a guy listening to some tapes of some obscure German electronica. The sound captured my imagination. My early music involved the whole gamut of the 60's and 70's classic rock, with the crazy psychedelic sounds. So it was only a progressive movement into electronica. Ever since those early days I have followed the trends in electronica. Influenced heavily by the sounds of Paul Van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold I have since moved towards progressive house and the revelation that came to me in the form of Sasha and John Digweed and that massive set known as the Delta Heavy Tour. After many years of sampling the delights and variations in this genre I decided to try my hand at some mixing and produced a number of studio sets which have had airtime in local internet radio stations. I have since mixed, remixed tracks and produced many progressive sets.
Experience	I am an amateur DJ who has only recently begun creating mixes in my spare time. I have rarely found a break from the day job to actually play at a gig or a residency but I just want to share some of my efforts with music lovers... from one electrohead to another....
