| my brother alerted me to this guys talent.... he'd downloaded some sets from johnny on soulseek & was totally blown away, straight away he was on the phone to me to get me to listen....i to was immediately impressed, fast dirty electro & house beats with top quality seamless mixing!! we have had numerous partys & played johnnys sets & they totally rocked the party leaving plenty guests askin who was the dj doin the mixing!! i strongly advise you to introduce your earholes to some of this guy!!! | |

| When you listen to DJ Johnny Ice you ARE the party and all with you WILL dance. Fast mixing without a heavy-hand, there is nothing like an Ice effort in your ipod or car to move you along your day.
One could spend lots of time praising this man's talent; suffice-it-to-say, I will not. One could write many paragraphs on stylizational technique alone, to supplant your desire to hear his work; I will not. One could cajoul and exhort you to give him a try; I will not. He must be heard to be understood - there is a maddness to his mixing! Nothing is safe and all comers treated to their 15 minutes of fame - and, in Ice's case, maybe 2 minutes or less. This is always fast, furious dance music. Here is a syllogism: You love house. Johnny Ice spins House. You will love Johnny Ice. ---- Quite simple, isin't it? | |
