Biography	Swedish born and bred, Ted Nilsson's career as a dj/producer has been one that's been growing in the pipeline for over ten years now. His recent adventures and accomplishments are a far cry from his humble 'Discoshed' Days of producing his own music at the tender age of 17 in his mother's make shift shed/summer house back in Sweden. After traveling around Spain and the Canary islands for four years holding a number of residencies in clubs such as Pacha and Space (Canary Islands) and Nightlife (Ibiza), Ted landed on English shores and hasn't looked back since. Ted Nilsson set up his own label, KOMPIS Records (meaning 'friend' in Swedish) in January 2007. Things gathered pace at a rapid speed in 2007 after his January release of 'Electronic Superstar' on Kompis, gained a magnifique 3 out of 5 stars in DJMAG and received a great deal of big name recognition. Ted was signed to 'Lowered Recordings' with 'PIPS'. The track is was featured on Lowered Recordings 'Miami 2007 Sampler'. Following on from the success of 'PIPS, Ted also had remixes out on Lowered such as Jon Fitz 'You'll See Me' (Ted Nilsson remix). As well his solo productions, Ted teamed up with Joe 'Flex' Bailey and collaborated on 'Fighting Fires' (Lowered Recordings), which received multiple plays on BBC Radio 1's Eddie Halliwell's weekly show. Ted's remix of Ran Shani's 'Kyoto Nights' helped gain the release massive support from Hed Kandi and Ted's remix has had numerous plays with Hed Kandi's touring resident Andy Norman on his radio show. 2008 has seen Ted Nilsson become globally recognized as Miss Moneypennys newly signed artist where he has remixed the new Noferini release featuring massive singing sensation Peyton on 'Till You Come Back', where Ted's vocal and dub mix have blown up in clubs ; expecting very big things from this release this Summer. Ted has just finished remixing the huge dance hit from 1990 'Naked In The Rain' which reached the UK singles chart in at no.4 and charted at No.5 in the US charts for Italian label Sound 4 Group - the release is set to be a huge release this Summer!
