 | Before I start...
DAFT PUNK - 'TOGETHER' is my favourite tune of all time... Since I was 5 I have hung around with older kids that lived on my street who played HOUSE music 24/7. At the time it went in 1 ear and out of the other for me but without realising my memory must of been taking notes because hearing those piano riffs, bass hooks & lush vocals again I cant help but get a warm feeling inside an reach for the volume button, turn it up loud and smile. (LIQUID - CLOSER or PKA - TEMPERATURE RISING are fine examples) Ive been DJ'ing funky house for 8 years and recently more club classic house, which neva fails to get a crowd bouncin. I have residences for Fusion @ Barsize, Darlington Revival @ Club Amadeus, Northallerton DAHouse which is based in the North East. All are classics based and a really good laugh. DJing in a club packed with 652 people through the door on my 21st Birthday has probably been the highlight of my career so far. Also having the chance to play in Ibiza 2007 and also 2008 has been great experience. Wonky and Fidget House is whats doin it for me at the mo, Herve, Fake Blood, Kidda etc! Warppppp! |
