| hard-edged techno mixset full of all things plodding and rhythmic, progressive and pensive, cacophonic and compelling. The first fifteen minutes have your heart racing, and just when you think you are in for a tiny repose, a bit of a rest, a moment of composure, the gritty vocal of a seductress licks the side of your face and, caressing your head, pulls you to her mouth and wetly mouths your ear, causing you to spring to attention - she loves you as you are.
And Lucky7 here is playing the tunes as she works your body, jackin' you harder and pullin' you tighter into her sexy, dark techno dance of love. And, like all fast and nasty rendevous, after you've fully surrendered to her wiles, the whims of her plaintiff voice suggest you get up and dance even more. And you do ... until the bottom of the hour when suddenly the mixset takes on a new tenor and new pace. Have you entered a nightmare? Has the sword of Damacles befallen you? Is it Instant Karma? And why is Proteus here? The music is at once beguiling, at other times disconcerting! You aren't too sure where you've gone when suddenly a disembodied voice you can barely understand is pointing the way toward the end of the production - but not without a catchy beat and industrial tempo encouraging you to dance out of the funhouse, into the blazing glory of a beautiful housey dance number that finishes off this eclectic set most handsomely.
